In the heart of the historic center of Avignon, apartment ideally located (Rue Joseph Vernet) near the Palais des Papes and near the Pont d'Avignon, museums, theaters, shopping, food, pharmacy and all amenities. Completely renovated in 2015, it has everything you need to comfortably accommodate 4 people.

We had such a lovely time at your place and only wish that we had stayed longer. The location was very convenient and the space was very comfortable (great bed!). We did not have a chance to take advantage of the massive kitchen, but it would have been lovely to prepare a meal here. This would definitely be a place to stay for a week + in order to enjoy towns and wineries (Domains) nearby!

We spent three days in Avignon and this was the perfect place. The bed and pull out were comfortable and the apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. This was conveniently located to the Avignon attractions. We had a car and parked in the indoor lot right next door - easy access. The kitchen was nicely equipped, too. Great place!

My husband and I celebrated our 27th anniversary with this long-awaited vacation. Franck was very responsive. Apartment is comfortable, with all needed amenities, in the heart of Avignon. A beautiful city and a great central spot from which to explore Provence.

Parking your car stinks

There are only two options for a car in old Avignon, One is the parking under the car in the under ground parking which Is owned, I think, by the city of Avignon. The problem is , if you wasn't to see the sights around Provance, The high rate starts again costing 40.00 Euro a day. The free parking as about a mile away across a very busy street and if it is raining you get soaked.Thaking your luggage to either parking lot is very difficult. s ace

Clean and convenient location. Apartment perfectly equipped. You just need to know that you will need to carry your luggage up four flights of stairs after picking up your key a couple blocks away. I had to return key a couple blocks away and arrange taxi pick up at that location. It was no problem for me, but could be for others. Overall...I would certainly rent this apartment again! Everything is right out your door.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Avignon before our Uniworld river cruise. The apartment is in an old building , but has been remodeled. Good restaurants and markets within walking distance. We are in our 60s and in good shape, but please note the flat is up four flights of narrow and steep stairs. The bed is small by US standards, but the couch also makes into a bed, so we split up to sleep... Overall, it was a good stay, the owner is responsive, and the location perfect.

Apartment interior and location were very nice but stairway was poorly lit and difficult to maneuver luggage for persons our age. The person who assisted us upon arrival could have been more helpful and hospitable. Glad we arrived during the day because the agent would not have been available at night. All and all we loved the city.

We feel like we really lucked out with this beautiful apartment. We could not have picked a better located unit. We walked over from the Viking Ship dock on the Rhône and found it immediately inside the wall on a very nice street of shops. There was everything we could have needed. Beautiful, huge kitchen and great WiFi connection. So close to all the historical sights, basically right in the middle of everything. We are picky people, and believe me - this apartment was roomy, cool in the extreme heat and a real treasure!

A great place to stay! Close to it all, convenient/safe/well lit unground parking (Indigo/Oratoire-vehicle entrance is just outside walls but there is pedestrian exit on same block as apartment, go down one level and look for Joseph Vernet street elevator) Apartment has A/C, small “all in one” washer/dryer, full kitchen. I highly recommend. We were very comfortable with 2 young kids. No elevator, but that was not an issue for us (apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.)
