This condo was absolutely perfect! Location was amazing - beach was 2 blocks away and kids loved the water park. Restaurants and shops walking distance. Condo was clean, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Balcony was our favorite spot. We loved watching the boats and we saw a manatee! Host was amazing - check in was super easy and info provided was clear and helpful. We will definitely be back :) Thank you!

A fantastic family apartment. The apartment was spacious and as described. The apartment was really well equipped and the additional closet with beach equipment was really appreciated. Beautiful views from the balcony and an easy 3-4 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our stay making use of the pool / beach / local restaurants and available activities.

This updated, well-stocked condo offers a beautiful Intracoastal view and quiet evenings on the balcony. The location was perfect for our group (three adults, a teen, and two young children), with easy access to both the waterpark and the beach. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and a CVS are all within walking distance. The host was highly responsive, and check-in was seamless. We’d definitely stay again!

I’ve been visiting the area for spring training for about 20 years, but typically stayed in Clearwater beach. This year I decided to look down the beach a little further and I am glad I did. The Condo was exactly as advertised. The interior of the condo was fresh and well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the washer and dryer look brand new. The deck outside the condo is spacious and has a great view of the inland waterway. If you like to watch the sunset, there is an outside deck on the 6th and 7th floors that have a panoramic view of the inland waterway and the beach, perfect to watch the sunset. Typically you get a pool with your condo, this place has a water park with 4 daily passes! Parking and access to the condo was very easy. There are also several great bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hosts, Stephanie and Trent answered all of my questions as quick as I could ask them. Would definitely rent here if you’re looking to stay in the area.
