About this villa rental
Our custom-designed beachfront villa is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation. It is also a great place to enjoy a relaxing vacation and distance working . We have wireless internet access in the whole apartment including the two oceanfront balconies. The Villa has a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and a v dining area overlooking the ocean. The two separate bedrooms are equipped with a tv and a bathroom. The quiet villa is fully air-conditioned and has an electricity generator to ensure a good night's rest and enjoyable days. The location on the East wing corner provides cross-views of the tropical flora and the ocean. The Villa is right in front of the beach and within walking distance of most hotel amenities. The two balconies ( in front of the living room and in front of the two-bed bedroom) facilitate the enjoyment of the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the three private pools and b jacuzzi of the property. The Villa is located within the grounds of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort. You can walk to the main building of the resort (5min) and to the beach (2min). The 1400-square-foot apartment has marble floors in all rooms, granite/ quartz counters in the kitchen, and two bathrooms. It is the perfect place for guests interested in enjoying the amenities of a first-class resort and the comfort of a private home. The apartment boasts a fully a kitchen including a bar area with a wine cooler where you can enjoy group gatherings with a beachfront view. In addition, to the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort 's restaurants there are many others nearby that offer excellent dining options. Groceries, apparel, and medications are available for purchase within walking distance at the Resort or at several shopping facilities a short drive away. The apartment is near several landmarks including The Caribbean National Rainforest, the Fajardo bioluminescent bay, and the port to the well-known islands of Culebra and Vieques. Old San Juan city is only 45 minutes away by car. A day visit to the city offers the opportunity to learn about our history and appreciate the Spanish architecture of forts, houses, and public buildings. Many exquisite dining options are also available in Old San Juan, Santurce, and Miramar. These are in addition to the ones at the Wyndham Resort which are within walking distance of the Villa. Around-the-clock security is provided at the Resort and Villa premises to have a worry-free getaway. We invite you to enjoy our beautiful villa!!!!

This condo was spectacular! The pictures are exactly what we found, and the views from the two decks are amazing. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the sun rise, and made meals at night in this well equipped kitchen watching the ocean. We are runners and each morning we had safe places to run with great views! The beach has soft sand and we loved every minute staying here. We ate at two of the Wyndham hotel restaurants, had pina coladas at their pool bar, and also went to Luquillo for dinner at the kiosks. The property is beautiful, the pools were clean and warm, and I liked that there were not as many people at the pool compared to a hotel. During the day we listened to birds and at night we listened to the coqui. It was a tremendously relaxing trip and I hope we return soon! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the directions were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation Les!

This was a beautiful property with easy access to multiple pools and the beach. The property was quiet with a relaxing atmosphere, but it was nice having the Wyndham resort close by if we wanted to eat out without having to drive.

The place has everything you need. Great views, beautifully furnished, you are next to the Wyndham Rain Forest Resort with access to their facilities. There are 2 great pools on site and others at the resort. We never had to contact the owner the whole week. Clear instructions before and after. Plus you have a mile long beach to walk outside your front door.

The condo itself was clean and what was expected. The grounds for the condo are great - the pools are lovely, the beach is full sand and really great. Visiting in January was wonderful as it was not crowded at all. The condo was a good size for the four of us (2 parents, 2 adult children). The kitchen was disappointing in terms of the pots/pans/dishes/towels, etc. We book a condo so I can cook for the family (we have lots of food issues so need a kitchen rather than going out). There was one kitchen towel and not nearly enough in the kitchen to make cooking easy. And, there is not an oven! There is a microwave that doubles as a convection oven which is not at all the same as having an oven. The listing stated there was an oven. Additionally, I reached out to the owner on our check-in day with questions on how to use a few things in the condo and how to use the microwave and did not hear back for 4 days. Considering we were only staying for 7 days I felt this was way too long to receive a response. I recommend staying at this location and if the kitchen is not a big deal for you, then this specific condo could work for you.
