Situated in an exclusive private pine forest on the shores of the Mediterranean , casa Luna was completed at the beginning of 2014 . It is a five bedroom, five and a half bathroom house, with private access to one of Italy's most beautiful beaches, accessible only to those with houses in the Pineta
It has two terraces, one on the rooftop with beautiful views among the treetops, outside dining, outside shower, living room, kitchen and private tennis court
Pineta di roccamare was set up in the 1950s as an artists retreat and has since become one of Europes most exclusive beachside destinations. Houses rarely become available as they are passed down from generation to generation .
It is situated close to the medieval fishing village , castiglione della pescaia, now teeming with boutiques and excellent restaurants, as well as the famous hotel the andana
The Pineta is both tranquil and romantic but also a wonderful for place for families and young children who can take bycicle rides amongst the pines on the private roads, only accessible to those with houses within the Pineta

Großartiges Haus mit eigenem kleinen Pavillion am Strand. Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen im Pinienwald. Lokale Ansprechpartner sind sehr nett und hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Wir haben eine fantastische Zeit erlebt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
