Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay, Chapter Two has hardwood floors throughout, an open Living Area, a Kitchen and a great back yard with a deck, gas grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit! With partially fenced-in back yard, this home is great for dogs! Full Size Washer and Dryer in the unit.
This home has 2 bedrooms--one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twins/Split King, a pull out sofa and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living area has seating for 6+ with a flat screen 32'' HDTV, Cable TV, DVD player, access to Netflix and full WiFI throughout the house. Equipped with games and a library of reading materials. The Living Area opens up into the bright Kitchen which has everything you need to cook great meals.
Pets are also welcome with a required pet fee.

Great value and had everything we needed. The location was even better than expected, with the Rootbeer Barrel and a vibey coffee shop nearby.

Great little duplex within walking distance of Douglas Beach. Close to the Douglas Root Beer Barrel, Oval Beach, and downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly home and street. Nice front yard and patio with lots of native landscape and wildlife (multiple deer sightings throughout the day). All you need to do is bring your clothes and personal belongings. Home owner has everything you need for a nice relaxing getaway. Great place to stay for couples and/or small families.
