They had basically anything we needed for the kitchen and plenty of firewood.
There were two rooms with twin beds as of 2025 and two rooms with larger beds. Maybe not the comfiest mattresses if you prefer something more firm.
Nice large fan was provided for airflow and the A/C kept up well with the heat wave. We unfortunately lost power for a bit due to a local power grid failure at the time, but it came back on within a few hours and stayed cool enough inside.
Nice smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Overall very cozy spot as close to the beach as advertised.

Very nice and roomy home for my group of 7. There are 2 bathrooms each with a shower. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice backyard with tables and chairs. Location is close to Saugatuck, about 8 min away.

House was completely furnished and had all of the needs to stay in for few days
But if the beds will be changed or fixed ( some of them were not comfortable at all for sleep) : could be great !!!
Beach also not in 300 feet from the house : if someone looking to spend time on the sand : beach is in 3 miles away
