This dog-friendly two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom Lincoln City vacation rental offers a gas fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, and enough space for up to four people (and two dogs!).

With a quarter-mile walk to Olivia Beach, this home’s great coastal location is sure to induce maritime bliss! It’s also a short drive to the heart of Lincoln City, where great dining, shopping, and entertainment await. You’ll feel invigorated by the cool ocean breeze and myriad outdoor activities - from clamming to crabbing to hiking in the coast range - that are available here!

Guests can lounge on comfy sectional couches in the living room where a flatscreen cable television and small library of books await a day when nasty weather makes it best to stay indoors. The kitchen sits next to the living room and, with its modern appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, cooking and cleanup will be a breeze!

With two queen-size beds in two bedrooms, up to four people can sleep comfortably here. Two well-mannered dogs may also join, though there is a small nightly fee. There are two parking spots in the driveway.

Both rooms also include their own flatscreen cable televisions for days spent indoors during a downpour.

If you need to access the Internet while you’re here don’t worry because WiFi is included. Also included is a washer/dryer. So make yourself at home!

The home has a nice private fenced-in backyard with a firepit that will keep you warm on cool coastal nights.

Things to know:
The community pool and rec center are only available Memorial Day - Labor Day and closes at 5pm.

The home’s location is also near Agnes Creek Open Space, a popular area for great hikes and wildlife viewing in the lush Oregon coast range. Lincoln City’s many attractions also lay a short drive from this home. The fishing towns of Depoe Bay and Newport are also easy day trips down 101. And don’t forget about the best part of this location: breathtaking views of Oregon’s stunning coastline!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
