This condo for four is within a short drive of Lincoln City's finest shopping and dining opportunities. Even closer, within about a two-block walk, are seven miles of beautiful beachfront. Even if it's raining, you can still admire the beauty of the ocean thanks to your private balcony!

The living area of the home lets you watch the waves with its close proximity to the balcony, and then relax on a leather sofa and armchair by the fireplace. With WiFi and a flatscreen cable TV, rainy days in have never been more fun!

Take a break from eating out with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Cleanup is quick and easy thanks to the dishwasher, and everyone will fit around the table for a meal together.

Poor condition. Paint is leeling off the walls. Electrical outlets are falling out of the walls. Sluding glass door is very hard to close, needing excessive force to close it. Bathroom floor tiles are cracked and loose. The front door has very large gaps between the door and jam. Walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbors conversations and snoring from them all night. The oven drawer is broken .

This place was very inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting luxury. The positives are that the location is excellent, the room was very clean, the bed was very, very comfortable, and I felt safe. Those are the big ones for me so that was great. Also the fireplace was wonderful, I really enjoyed that. Also, everything worked. When we arrived, the toilet seat only had one bolt and was sliding all over the place. I contacted Vacasa and they handled it very quickly so no complaints there. I noticed we only had one bath towel. That took a little longer to get resolved, but it did get resolved and we got some towels. The negative are that the bedroom is tiny and I had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed, also the window in the bedroom opens out to the hallway with a very bright light (good for safety so I understand why that’s there), and you can hear anyone who walks by or talks, and there was a lot of walking and talking out there…. in the middle of the night…. There is another room above this unit and the people who were staying there made a hell of a lot of noise moving around, it sounded like they were moving furniture or bowling or something. So the walls and ceiling are pretty thin, I could hear the person snoring at night in the next unit. I think the price is right for this place, it felt more like a hotel, where there are a lot of people in close quarters.

The unit was fairly clean. The shower head had no pressure because it was clogged. The showere had soap scum on the tile because of the lack of pressure. Very loud people coming in and out all night. I couldn't tell who it was because it seemed like numerous tenants. It wasnt terrible here to but i would tent at this location afain

We like this location for the views. Research this first, as not all units have a great view. The property is at a good location for the town. Can have many families on this same location and enjoy family vacations. If you are driving, bring your own pillows. That will help to make your visit more comfy. While this particular unit has a very limited ocean view (Salmon 1-C) many of the others are wonderful. This is an awesome property for whale watching from the upper units or those on the south end of the property. Prices are reasonable and we love that our pups are welcome too. Short walk down to beach access. We will likely choose another unit for our next stay but would stay again.

You can't get a better deal with a kitchen, fireplace and balcony for a great view of the ocean. The service upon arrival was more then great by vacasa when I notified them there was no coffee pot only the maker they went shopping the next morning and brought a brand new one. The apartment was more then wonderful and seeing some people's review is really sad yeah there was some dog hair but people should clean up after themselves anyway. There was a bit of hair in the bathroom but totally not something to get bent out of shape about. I will continue staying there and will continue referring friends/family. The outside and balconies could use some cleaning but then again if renters weren't so rude and would clean up after themselves like clean up their cigarette butts/trash it wouldn't be so bad. Yes you pay a cleaning fee but that's just for the basics not cleaning up renters personal garbage some people can be so disrespectful. Please considered everything before submitting ridiculous comments like it was so bad I'll never stay there again come on people meaning renters don't be rude. That's all be nice

We loved it and had a great stay. We've stayed here before and plan to again in the future. I would probably choose a different unit next time though- just because the internet was not working most of the time and the view was blocked by trees. Overall, we loved the kitchen, fireplace and nearby beach. My kid liked the weird bedroom window into the hallway- he thought that was really cool.

Spacious, clean unit in a great location. Short walk downhill to the beach which we enjoyed and a quick drive to other beaches, restaurants, and Lincoln City Outlets. Provided all basic toiletries and kitchen items that we needed. The building is very old and the walls are thin so you can easily hear neighbors, but people were pretty good about quiet hours. The toilet plumbing was running the entire time so we had to keep the bathroom door closed for the noise. WiFi did not reach past the bedroom so we were isolated to one area of the unit to get work done online. However, for the price it was a great deal compared to any other hotel or private rental we could find and we would probably stay here again!

There was no one on the property you could not get clean towels the water wouldn't shut off in the shower the front door has an inch and a half Gap underneath of it so the mice can just walk right in

We should have paid attention to the reviews - this is what we would have found- Pictures are deceiving and inaccurate- the couch is changed out to a stained fabric couch and the patio is moldy and full of algae; the shower only drips; the walls are paper thin; and the bed was an old style spring mattress that was noisy and uncomfortable. The base boards were crumbling and the patched walls were not painted. The curtains had holes and were gross. The new to us issue was that the cable went out an hour after our arrival. The screen said ‘there has been an interruption in service. Contact your property management’. Problem being there was nobody to contact. We tried to contact Vacasa and were hung up on and received an email after we checked out that they were looking into it. I would not stay in a place where we can’t contact someone for help again.

The place was old and need some upgrades, the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on, they have the cheapest mattress, the shower has no where to put the shampoo, soap and etc, I have to put the soap inside a plastic cup on the floor. The staff was very friendly and one even went above and beyond for our stay, but the walls are extremely thin I could literally hear someone snoring in the next room at night. Also every morning I was awakened by loud employees (not that they were loud on purpose) but I never was able to sleep in and relax how I wanted. The bed was also very uncomfortable 😣. Probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of how loud it was .

Walked in and the place wasn’t clean. The sheets were dirty. There was crumbs on the furniture. No pillow cases. One of three lights in the bathroom worked. Trash on the tables and an empty bottle on the ground. Kitchen hand soap was so watery that tipping it upside down caused the water to leak. No screens on windows or sliding door so couldn’t keep things open. The condo was mostly run down. The only thing I loved was being able to eat dinner on the deck, watch the sunset each night and waking up to the sound of the ocean.

Besides the staff being polite, I would not recommend this hotel. They gave us wifi information and the wifi only worked in the parking lot. I tried contacting someone and never heard back from them. Secondly, the floors are filthy. My feet were black after walking on them. Also, the couch smelled absolutely terrible. And the "ocean view" was non existent.

*while clean it lacked on-site help. Bed so hard my body went numb, requested no down/feather pillows, had to use epi pen even though housekeeping removed them after arrival. Wifi did not work in our room. We could not even get back to sleep the our first night. Was up at 2am calling local hotels to to find another place to stay. The housekeeper was such a sweet soul. Still getting the run around as to a solution, some people like really a hard bed (who wants one that causes your body to go numb?), no one else was having Wifi issues is not cutting it. We booked 5 nights and barely made it 16hours.*

some of the areas in the rental were not as clean as expected , floors, toilet, and all the sheets felt and smelled dirty, the sofa felt uncomfortable to lay down on since all covers were not vacuumed or washed. In addition we had to sleep in the living area because you could hear all the conversations and kids going in an out of the rooms 12am. We actually checked out a day early because we didn’t want to spend another uncomfortably night there .

First and foremost this place was so dirty we caught covid the second day of stat, Dirty blanket which we discovered the second day too, we had to drive 1hr away to go buy our own beddings. The walls are so poorly insulated you could clearly here other visitors in other suits. No soap holder in the shower. The room I booked had leather futon but that's not what we found. Everything was so frustrating and would never recommend anyone for this!!!

I would say the pictures are better online then the place is in person. The walls are very thin as expected as its an older place. Wish the kitchen had more kitchen things that are normal cooking items as we had to go to the dollar store for a few things. Overall if you aren't looking for a 5 star place and you want you doggies with you this is a decent place to stay. Just know you will hear your neighbors.

Decent stay once we moved into the main room, bedroom was itchy, dishwasher didn't work and the plastic adirondack chairs were broken. The fireplace Wifi and view were all great though! kitchen was pretty well stocked for a short stay. Shower was low pressure and had hard water deposits.

It was a cute place but not the best for more than 2 people. The futon wasn't at all comfortable and the room had a lot of flaws. Not a fill set of cut wear, holes in the walls and curtains. The shower was hardly big enough to actually shower in while the water pressure wasn't helpful. The railing of the deck I didn't feel was safe enough for our 4 year old to play much around. The view was nice to watch the waves.

This isn’t a motel room that allows pets. It’s a doghouse that allows humans. Filthy!!!! Every time I swept up the place I came up with a huge handful of pet hair!!!! And we don’t have any pets!!! Not for anyone who has kids. Especially not kids that might spend any time on the floor crawling or playing. Walls are dirty and all kinds of patched up. Bathroom is really old and has mold on the ceiling, and balcony is unusable it’s so filthy and moldy. And the whole place smells like dogs. Especially after a day without getting aired out.
