Beautiful condo at a great price. The location was our new favorite area in Lincoln City by far. Trees blocked the actual view of the ocean but it didn’t take away from the experience. Great coffee shop very close and Moe’s right across the street from that. The beach was wonderful with driftwood scattered all over. Overall we would gladly stay here again. The few things that we didn’t love were outweighed by the positives
We didn’t love the blinds in the master bedroom. They almost absorbed light and made it brighter. Being on vacation 5am wakeups were rough. About the only other thing we didn’t like was the front door situation. Between the keypad and the key holder on the wall and another hanging from the handle it was busy. The handle was tough to turn with the giant lockbox hanging from it.

Location is fantastic, property is new and clean. Facilities were fine for our needs.
A slightly more comfortable couch would be great. Stairs…

I liked that it was in walking distance to the beach and to some restaurants. Quite neighborhood.
We are a family of 5, it would have been nice to bring the littlest with us since he sleeps with us most of the time.

The location to the beach and how modern it was. We liked the full kitchen and two bathrooms. And it was fairly quiet.
The blinds in the bedroom were made of paper and let way to much light into the room making it hard to sleep. One bed was really hard and the other was soft and bouncy. The rugs, couch, and chairs had stains all over them. When we were leaving and stripped the sheets there was yellow stains all over the mattress pad which was utterly disgusting. I contacted the rental company and they did not remedy the situation at all.
