Great option for exploring the area. It's important to read the listing and understand what you're choosing (a room in someone's house with shared bathroom) but we found that it worked out great and we loved the area (where we might not have gone otherwise). The host was welcoming and nice and we appreciated the chance for some local encounters.
Not easy to eat depending on your arrival time but it wasn't really a problem since we were warned and planned ahead.

Our host, Zeida, was so welcoming! The house is very homely and the location is wonderful.
It was clear when we booked that there was no breakfast and a shared bathroom, so no complaints!
