About this cabin rental
Enjoy gorgeous views from the huge deck and comfortable accommodations in our family cabin. Located at 9000 ft in the Colorado San Juans, bring 7 friends along. Three bedrooms with double beds and one king in the master bedroom. We also have two twin (a roll-out and a foam pad) options for kids or adventurous adults.
Enjoy: Hiking, mountain biking, boating on Blue Mesa (rentals available), fishing on one of 3 private lakes. Winter fun includes skiing Crested Butte or Monarch (within 2 hours). Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling
Wireless internet connection is available at the Inn at Arrowhead (about 1.7miles from the cabin). We suggest sitting on their deck with a nice beverage and using their guest sign in to check your emails etc...
Cell phone coverage is spotty at best. AT&T seems to work some, especially from the south west corner of the deck.... but hey aren't you looking forward to getting away from all that! We do have a land line at the cabin for safety.

If you want a property with an incredible view and remote location in the San Juan Mountains, this is it. Arrowhead Mountain development is halfway between Montrose and Gunnison on the flanks of Uncompahgre Peak. Deer and elk abound in the open sage meadow / aspen / spruce evergreen forests around the property. There are also two lake locations where kids can fish. The house itself is exceptionally well preserved and was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully appointed so you do not have to go out at all. The four bedrooms are comfortable and the house is designed for a charming cross breeze. The patio overlooking the view is also lovely! We hope to return.

The cabin we stayed in was one of the oldest on the property. It was well maintained. The property owner was very good to work with and took care of every problem quickly.

The cabin was great, everything that we needed and more. The setting in the trees with a fabulous view of mountains was outstanding. Loved it!
