Smuggler B is a great family condominium on Telluride's popular west end. This two-bedroom plus loft is located within walking distance of Lift #7 and everything else that Telluride offers! Bedding: King, queen, queen bunk bed Guests enter this condo from a second-floor entrance, which is accessed by stairs. The entryway immediately opens up into a large living space, complete with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, Roku, leather couch, several seating areas and a small desk. A staircase leads upstairs to the lofted bedroom, which has a queen bed, flatscreen TV with Roku, and an amazing private balcony with views towards the ski runs. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, both with plenty of place for entertaining. The dining table has room for six, in addition to a large bay window that brings in plenty of light and offers great views of the surrounding neighborhood. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spice rack and all of the utensils needed to cook a meal at home. Down a short hallway, guests can find two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV with Roku and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bunk bed and a flatscreen TV with Roku. A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located off of the hallway, as is a private stackable washer/dryer. The Smuggler complex has ski locker access. Guests also have access to the communal hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! *Home Truths:* - This home has been freshly remodeled with brand-new carpets, beds, bathrooms, and a kitchen. -1,225 Square Feet - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Guests may park a maximum of two vehicles: one in the driveway in front of the garage and one that can be registered with the local team for street parking near the home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
