All on one level, this is a well-designed and tastefully appointed property. The living spaces feature wide plank wood floors, welcoming furniture and a flat screen TV, all warmed by a large gas fireplace. Framed by windows, and providing access to a spacious balcony, the views of Telluride's Box Canyon and Ballard Peak are stunning. The adjacent dining room has seating for six and there are three stools at the bar to the open kitchen. Granite counters, a gas range and plenty of chef amenities highlight the kitchen. There is a hallway bath finished in Travertine with a steam shower that serves both the living spaces and the first guest bedroom, a bright and spacious room with a queen bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. Back in the hall you will pass the private laundry. On the left is the Master Suite, furnished with a queen bed, a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a private balcony with views of the red rock walls and Mendota Peak. The en suite features a jetted tub and a large steam shower. At the end of the hall is the second guest bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bath with jetted tub and shower combo. This property has access from two stairwells inside the penthouse-style flat. Travelers will appreciate the convenience and comfort of this Telluride Gem. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: - Nearby street parking for one vehicle with a town pass (license plate must be registered at the local office) A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / Queen-over-queen bunk bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
