Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath , quiet country home on 5 acres with gorgeous views of the San Juans and Cimmaron mountains. 20 minutes from Montrose for affordable grocery shopping, restaurants, movies, skateboard park, and 25 MINUTES FROM RIDGWAY AND OURAY, music in the park, Hot Springs, hiking, fishing, cycling, jeeping, ATVs, hunting, Ridgway State Park and resevoir, boating, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, Silverton senic by way, restaurants and 1 hour from Telluride for festivals and skiing/snowboarding. Hunters welcome.. So much to see and do here.
