This vacation rental is a modern oasis with high-end appliances and tasteful furnishings throughout. Attention to detail has been given to the shiplap details and the unique spiral staircase that leads to the loft. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing, luxurious getaway, with sleeping and bathing privacy for two couples.
Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts. Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs, please seek a first come first serve visitor parking spot for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass!

The Rec Center pool is open year-round except holidays or for any routine or emergency maintenance scheduled at the Rec Center.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
**Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.**
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

We loved our stay! Our family has stayed at multiple Ocean Dunes condos but this one was very unique. The design with the loft was very cool, which our 7year old son loved with the spiral steps and the carport was wider than the other units. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host had amazing communication and answered all questions. You are also very close to the indoor pool for rainy beach days. We do have a few things that kept us from 5 stars. We felt we were on top of the water during high tide which was awesome but at the same time slightly inconvenient. It appears a lot of the beach was washed away last year during the hurricane which is not consistent with the pictures. We still had enough room to put up our canopy but during high tide, you couldn’t even leave your chairs on the beach. If you love to sit on the deck at night and enjoy the ocean breeze like we do, then this unit is for you. The host should disclose that in front of this building are a lot of rocks on the beach which is not good for children. If you want to swim in the ocean safely, we had to walk the beach away from the rocks. Also, the TVs are good but slightly out of date. We could not connect the tvs to the WiFi to use Netflix which was the only app available other than basic cable. The WiFi did work well though. All in all we would def stay at this unit again. It was one of the most comfortable and clean units we have stayed in.

The place was nice and bed was comfy. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention and property manager promptly responded. View was awesome, porch was great. Would stay here again!
