Location! Being on the beach, by the Covina rocks was perfect.
One big thing - no screens on sliding doors or windows.
One small thing - railings for sliding doors need cleaning.

Amazing location! The deck was awesome.
The fact that it was on the first floor was good if you have mobility issues. BUT there was a really loud family above I’d with small kids jumping all the time. The noise level was not cool.
