This condo is literally ON the ocean!! We were on the 3rd floor ( 30 steps) and had a spectacular view of the ocean and beach. High tide was literally on our front doorstep. The space was attractively decorated, clean and comfortable. It was just the two of us so there was adequate room for us to spread out. We enjoyed close by restaurants, the aquarium and walks on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the one day of sunshine we did have.

While the temperature took a plunge the week we were there, the condo couldnt have been nicer. It is a third floor condo overlooking the beach and ocean. The Riggings is one of our favorite places to stay and we certainly were not disappointed. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The bed was very comfortable and the living space was very accommodating.

The condo B3 at the Riggers was in a beautiful location in Kure Beach and it was lovely to hear the waves all night long. We enjoyed a long weekend and did not spend a lot of time in the condo, so it was fine. That being said the condo needs some updating and while it was fine for a long weekend, I would not stay there for a full week.
