Very nice, spacious flat with good view on Cassis bay. We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the large terrace and well equipped kitchen. The owners were very kind and caring and gave us extra legroom by letting us chcik in early.Altogether we recommend this flat!Parking needs skills but having a space means a lot in this town! The state of the corridors in the house could improve in some places, redecoration required and smell is not good.

Perfect flat for us (6 persons) - the view from the balcony over the bay of Cassis is awesome. Communication with our host was great. Supermarket is 5 min away - beach 15 min.

The description in English had parking for 2 cars, and 4:30pm check-in and 11:00am check-out. I was told the French one said parking for 1 car, and other times. Same differences in the brochure in the condo. I had 1 parking space. It is hard for a Californian to use, and 2 guests got a parking ticket in the free parking across the street. I had an agreement with the owner, but when I asked for more than the 2 towels sets and 3 pairs of sheets I got, I was told I first had to pay 80 euros in cash. With the 80 euros, I got 3 more sets of towels, no sheets. There is a washer but no dryer, and it rained every day. No laundry soap is provided, no toiletries are supplied, so bring/buy. Same with beach towels. The 3rd bed is in the mezzanine TV room, no walls, no privacy. My tall nephews couldn't use it and had to go to another place. There are no bug screens and the mosquitoes bite through clothes, so we couldn't use the terrace, nor open the windows in the evening. The stairs are difficult, standard for Cassis, the parents with young kids had to go elsewhere. The interphone was broken the whole week, we had to phone and go open the building door each time. You're supposed to bring in the outside pillows, but there is no space for them. The +: Great view, great showers, great location, hilly like all of Cassis. Modern small kitchen. Quick responses. Good AC. The nearby boulangerie is good. Walk to beach and center. Great for 2 couples in good shape, of medium height.

6 of us stayed in this clean, well equipped resort style property. We had everything we needed, and Rosalie met us for the check-in. Note that the loft bed is only a double, but that was no trouble.

My husband and I traveled to Cassis with our four daughters, ranging in age from 12 to 17. We arrived by train from Paris and walked from the train station to the condo where we were greeted by our lovely hosts. It was a bit of a walk but totally doable for our family. The condo was just as fabulous as advertised and the deck and view are even more wonderful than the pictures. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms for us to have a very comfortable stay. From the condo it is an easy walk down to the harbor, with cute shops and restaurants along the way. We loved the charming waterfront area, as well as the nearby beaches. We also walked to the Calanques which is an unbelievably gorgeous national park! Our wonderful hosts graciously took us on a boat tour of them as well which we all thought was a highlight of the trip! We swam and snorkled in the Mediterranean and even explored a cave. What a pleasure it was to spend a few hours enjoying Cassis from their boat! I highly recommend this property and the owners and I hope you enjoy it as much as our family did!!

We stayed here for two nights while in Cassis. The place is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed, including a bakery, butcher and produce market within a 5 minute walk. The parking space was small but convenient. The deck with the amazing view and nice furniture was our favorite part of the house. Our least favorite was the lousy bedding. The sheets and duvet were very low quality and pillows were terrible. Very lumpy. Also, we only how two towels even though the place sleeps up to six. The quality of the bedding actually caused us to sleep poorly both nights which is highly unfortunate as we otherwise loved the place.

We were two couples who spent three nights in this lovely townhouse located in a quiet residential area just outside the busy town core of Cassis. We liked the location which was very close to pastry/coffee, fruit/veggie and meat shops and a not too far walk to the harbour where there are many restaurants and a good central parking lot if you don’t fancy an uphill walk after dinner. The unit is tastefully decorated and in ecpxcellent repair. It was very clean and has all the comforts one needs for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. We especially liked the outdoor deck and the plentiful and comfortable outdoor seating. It was also a treat to see the sea from this vantage point. Parking was easy with two options available: an underground secure garage or free on street parking just outside the building. It was also a breeze to navigate luggage thanks to an elevator. We enjoyed being greeted by Roselin who showed us around the unit when we first arrived. Mr Leconte the owner was very responsive to email communication before and during our staff. This unit deserves a 5 star rating ...but I am giving it 4.5 (unfortunately Home Away doesn’t give this as an option) because we had a little hiccough during our stay with limited hot water. This was resolved following the second site visit by the owner to attempt to remedy the situation. My only suggestion is to consider having the beds made up before guests arrive vs leaving it for them to do. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Cassis and recommend this unit highly. Quelques petits problèmes néanmoins, le chauffage de la salle d'eau de la chambre principale ne fonctionnait pas, le séchoir à linge à changer (complètement cassé), un peu trop d'affaires personnelles des propriétaires dans les placards. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce beau triplex sur les hauteurs de Cassis. Les + : joliment agencé, pratique et avec une vue absolument superbe sur la baie de Cassis. on vit sur la terrasse. bon accueil de Christelle et son mari. parking et proximité de commerces. les - : loin du centre (on fait du sport pour monter du port), les propriétaires (charmants) ont des affaires dans les placards c'est un peu inhabituel, les oreillers bof, la douche de la chambre d'amis... Des petites choses qui ne doivent pas vous empêcher d'y aller car le triplex est sympa. vous passerez un bon séjour ! suivez les conseils de Christelle allez au restaurant le Grand bleu ...hum délicieux :))

Voici un appartement qui permet de profiter avec bonheur de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur en toute saison. La décoration chaleureuse est due entre autres, à un équipement au top et aux nombreux tableaux de la maitresse de maison (que je félicite pour la recherche de ses encadrements). Les 2 terrasses dont une avec vue sur la mer complètent parfaitement l'harmonie des lieux. Chaleur et sérénité se dégagent de ce logement que nous avons énormément apprécié.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires Christelle et Thierry qui sont très sympathiques et qui nous ont donné de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils. La location est le reflet des photos, spacieux, belle vue et en très bon état. Aucun problème pour séjourner à 6 adultes, à part, à notre avis un réfrigérateur et surtout un congélateur un peu petit. Compter 15 bonnes minutes pour rejoindre la grande plage à pieds (1.1 km) et 20 minutes pour remonter. Cela grimpe bien, mais la vue est belle de la terrasse. Nous recommandons cette location.

Maison très agréable et bien équipée. La vue mer depuis la terrasse est magnifique et offre un spectacle différent à chaque moment de la journée. Nous avons tout fait à pied depuis la maison car elle se trouve vraiment à proximité de tout. Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est très récent tout a été choisi avec goût. Il est baigné de lumière c'est très agréable quand on vient dans le sud pour profiter du soleil. L'appartement est très spacieux nous étions 5. Nous y étions très bien..! Idéalement situé car très proche du centre de Cassis, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pieds.
