Very nice, spacious flat with good view on Cassis bay. We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the large terrace and well equipped kitchen. The owners were very kind and caring and gave us extra legroom by letting us chcik in early.Altogether we recommend this flat!Parking needs skills but having a space means a lot in this town! The state of the corridors in the house could improve in some places, redecoration required and smell is not good.

Perfect flat for us (6 persons) - the view from the balcony over the bay of Cassis is awesome.
Communication with our host was great.
Supermarket is 5 min away - beach 15 min.

The description in English had parking for 2 cars, and 4:30pm check-in and 11:00am check-out. I was told the French one said parking for 1 car, and other times. Same differences in the brochure in the condo. I had 1 parking space. It is hard for a Californian to use, and 2 guests got a parking ticket in the free parking across the street. I had an agreement with the owner, but when I asked for more than the 2 towels sets and 3 pairs of sheets I got, I was told I first had to pay 80 euros in cash. With the 80 euros, I got 3 more sets of towels, no sheets. There is a washer but no dryer, and it rained every day. No laundry soap is provided, no toiletries are supplied, so bring/buy. Same with beach towels. The 3rd bed is in the mezzanine TV room, no walls, no privacy. My tall nephews couldn't use it and had to go to another place. There are no bug screens and the mosquitoes bite through clothes, so we couldn't use the terrace, nor open the windows in the evening. The stairs are difficult, standard for Cassis, the parents with young kids had to go elsewhere. The interphone was broken the whole week, we had to phone and go open the building door each time. You're supposed to bring in the outside pillows, but there is no space for them. The +: Great view, great showers, great location, hilly like all of Cassis. Modern small kitchen. Quick responses. Good AC. The nearby boulangerie is good. Walk to beach and center. Great for 2 couples in good shape, of medium height.
