From the outside, access to a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 4 beds each (2 bunk beds and 2 single beds 90x190) and 2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. WIFI available only on the ground floor. Baby equipment (travel cot, changing table with integrated bath, booster seat) Electric heating included. Sheets provided, towels provided. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Large private parking space in front of the cottage. In the heart of the village of Rondehaye, delegated commune of St Sauveur Villages, the old presbytery from 1742 is now a comfortable cottage. With 12 beds, it's perfect for family reunions. It has the charm of old houses and generous volumes. A pleasant southwest-facing terrace overlooks a large enclosed green space where children can relax without parental supervision! A walk is possible along the stream below. (Bakery-pastry shop 200m away. Doctor, pharmacy, restaurant, takeaway meals, and local market in St Sauveur Lendelin, 2km away).
