Alba sul lago

The property lies beautifully in the mountains near stresa. The view is just spectacular over the islands and you have your own cute room that has everything needed and is generously equipped with water, sweets, coffee, tea and books. You can see that the room was decorated with love. The owners were super nice and welcomed us with open arms. We would always come back.

There was not really something to not like. The first day I got some scratches in my car since the streets up the hill was a bit narrow and steep at times and an tourist in a car coming down forced us to reverse full way back down the street. Some car with few power might need some initial speed to get up but I never faced this situation again. In general I did not see it as something uncommon for Italian street and locals was nice and helpful in this situation. The way up and down itself is actually quite fun cruising the serpentines through the nature with amazing view over Lago Maggiore. The landlords were very sorry about the little accident and even invited us for some homemade food. Like in the pictures there is no shower but the bathtub does just fine. No problems.

L'accueil est super, Mirella et Daniele sont super gentils. La vue est splendide. Regarder le lac sur la terrasse en buvant un verre. Petit moment de bonheur Les alentours sont top ( vue et paysage). Restaurant gastronomique dans le village extra ( rapport- qualité prix bon).
