Cozy guesthouse with three rooms (two of them were occupied by staff), clean, quite big room, very friendly and helpful staff (though sometimes you need to ring more, so they hear you 😀). Nothing bothers you there

Modern and comfortable. Water bottles and sweet treats as well as juice as a welcome was a nice touche.

Very high quality rooms and amenities.

However, this is a self service guest house. There are 2 staffs whom you will not find throughout the day as they have other properties to look after as well. They have some serious repair works to do e.g., the glass door of my room was faulty, washroom door didn't have a lock or may be it was not working, and it was a very hard auto closing door which is not a good idea for bathrooms. Kids always needed help to enter. For 3 adult room they provided a couch for the 3rd adult which we did not expect. However, if you are visiting with friends or only couple, then it will work otherwise it will be challenging.

AC could not be turned off or adjusted. Pointless old broken furniture clutters room. No working plug in bathroom basin. Opening onto reception not ideal. On arrival was asked to pay considerably more than agreed price.
