Room was nice
Just weird that some ants were in the room and the kitchen could be a little cleaner.

I booked this hotel through Agoda expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The bed was not properly maintained and felt broken, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner did not work properly, which made the room uncomfortable throughout my stay.
Although I booked a standard room, the biggest disappointment was that the bathroom was located outside the room instead of being attached. This was not clearly communicated during the booking process and was highly inconvenient.
Overall, the room did not meet basic expectations in terms of comfort, maintenance, and transparency. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to the room quality and the hotel provides accurate information about its facilities.
