Front and rear balcony areas with surrounding bush garden are perfect for an afternoon BBQ, and multiple indoor living spaces allow everyone to spread out. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is pet-friendly and allows pets within the specified guidelines.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Property was good and very comfortable but it needs a bit of a freshen up as showing it's age and the online photos are not very reflective of current state. Also current lounge suite is not that comfortable in main lounge. Kitchen is good and reasonably well equipped. Great views too.

Wonderful stay at Sandylands property. The view is amazing. Stunning view of the Lorne Pier. Was so good to rest and relax. A great place to stay for a couple of families.
