Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Everything was good, however I did find it frustrating when we tried to contact the managing agent. Their phones don’t answer and your calls(multiple) are redirected to a call centre in Newcastle! Ridiculous situation! Not impressed at all because nowhere in the instructions is there any reference to dropping the keys off out of office hours.

Property was awesome, quite a steep incline to arrive but well worth it, definitely hit the drive way from an angle though.

The accomodation was really nice. The floors weren’t as clean so we had to wear slippers on the whole time, the sink was abit dirty when we got there but overall it was a beautiful place to stay at. It’s located close to the beach and the main strip.
