Luxurious and spacious family home with excellent ocean and bush views accompanied by large deck areas upstairs and downstairs with three separate living zones. Freshly painted with new carpets in upstairs bedrooms. Free high speed wifi

Note: only family bookings and mature aged groups are accepted. We can not accept large groups of young people or bucks parties at this property. Excellent accommodation for conference participants as a short walk to the Main Street.

Two (2) bedrooms (1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed ), central bathroom with stand alone shower, bath and separate toilet, Huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a bifold opening up to 2 large decks, one under cover facing South East and one not under cover facing North capturing all day sun. North facing bifold doors with 5 metre span opening up on to North deck creating indoor/outdoor living. Polished boards, open fire place, reverse cycle heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs.Excellent ocean and bush views.
Furnished as follows; 1 X 3 seat lounge, 1 x 2 seat lounge, 1 x 1 seat lounge chair. Dining table seats total of 10 to 12 people plus 10 seat outdoor table and chair setting, gas barbecue on undercover deck area with spare gas bottle, 48”Smart TV with Netflix capability, sound system. Kitchen stone bench tops with induction cooktop, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, 2 door fridge.

Ocean and valley views. Polished concrete floors. Reverse cycle heating/cooling. Furnished as follows; Corner 5 seat sofa, 8ft x 4ft Billiard table, small 4 seat dining setting; 32" Flat Screen TV/DVD.
Fully landscaped garden, car parking at the bottom of the stairs (not under cover). Short walk to main street, exceptionally private bush setting with great ocean views.

The house was perfect for our family. No real outside playing area for the kids but we were on the beach or at the playground all day.Julie was an amazing host. Always quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful.I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending this property to others.

This was the perfect place for our family Christmas. We used both the decks (depending on the time of day) which was a bonus and everything was so comfortable. Thank you

Stayed at this property over new years. There were 8 adults and 5 kids. Julie was kind enough to set up a baby gate so the small children didn't harm themselves on the stairs. The deck area was magical. Amongst the trees with an ocean view. There was plenty of space for all of us with a big kitchen and two bathrooms. Julie was great to communicate with. We did a Woolworths order for arrival and she was kind enough to bring it in and unpack cold food for us. We ran out of room in the bin and Julie quickly emptied them at the tip. She was a great host. The only downfall is the property is up a steep hill which was hard for the young children walking back from the beach. But it was worth it for the views we got from the deck.Would book again, great house.
