The charm of a large, cozy 35-square-meter studio, fully renovated with exposed beams, bright, and tastefully decorated. A beautiful view of the sea, Corsair, the historic center of Saint-Malo (a 15-minute walk), and the marina/beach at Saint-Servan. Dual exposure. It has been fully renovated since May 2019, when the roof and framework were completely finished, and we left the beams exposed. The apartment is designed for 2 people. It features a living room with a sea view, 2 armchairs, 2 poufs, coffee tables, and storage space; a fully equipped kitchen with a sea view; an open area in the living room with high tables and stools to enjoy the view, a bedroom (160×200), a semi-open “entryway” with a desk and closet, a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and washing machine, and a private storage area for suitcases, bags, shoes... The apartment features a stereo system and a flat-screen TV with an Internet connection providing access to more than 100 international channels. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a small, historic 18th-century building. The staircase is spiral, like many buildings in Saint-Malo, and is narrow and steep. Direct access to the harbor and Bas Sablon Beach is available from the basement. Shops are located within a radius of 500 m to 800 m. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The Solidor Tower and the famous Cape Horniers Museum, the Alet city promenade, and the “intramural” old town are all within a 15-minute walk. The Olympic swimming pool is also a 10-minute walk away. From July 6 through September 1, reservations are available from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).
