Warm appartment in the center of historical Paris with full equipment

The unit was tidy all be it a bit cluttered, The host lives next door and very responsive. Location was fantastic. Shops and restaurants in every direction. Can walk to most attractions. There is a lift however the unit is on the top floor so one flight to negotiate with Bags. The unit is very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were not of an adequate standard considering the price of the unit in our view. There appears to be plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom but most of these are locked. The couple left had some cleaning equipment in them and other things meaning we couldnt empty our suitcases which remained on the lounge room floor. Finally that space to the left of the kitchen in the pics is a walkway so the owner next door can access the lift. We dont know how often that happened and never saw it used but we were out most of the time. The glass doors separating that area were closed when we arrived and we left them that way. The separate toilet is small and located behind the kitchen and access would be blocked if the glass door was open. Having said all that we did have a great stay in Paris and looking around at the time we couldn't find much better for the price. Lift access and space is at a premium in Paris

Host was very nice and helped us with our luggage. Very accommodating and the place had everything we needed.

We had a comfortable stay! Close walking distance to a Boulangerie, restaurants, and Notre Dame. Easy access to all areas of the city.

I bought my family of 4 to Paris for a short trip, it was a great stay at this apartment for all of us! very clean and nice apartment, very convenient location to reach major sightseeing sites,we have a great city walk in a sunny day, great pleasure! the owner of the apartment is very hospitable and walm-hearted, will definately stay at the same apartment for my next trip to Paris and highly recommend to my friends who has the same needs!
