Warm appartment in the center of historical Paris with full equipment

What a great week, the host, location could not have been better. Do not be afraid to rent that little appartement. We visited Le P'tit Bistrot restaurent 3 times just 1 minute walk just by tour Saint Jacques et maison Marnay 30 seconds from the front door every morning for pain au chocolate et mille feuille in the evening. Everything was excellent as the apartment is in a great location to take in all the sites in Paris. Sebastian was excellent to communicate with as well. So everything was as we hoped it would be.

This is a very well furnished and equipped place to stay let alone the fact that its central location is perfect for exploring Paris. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I came to Paris for a quick trip after our engagement loved our stay in this apartment. The unit is in an amazing location, very clean, has modern appliances, and has beautiful views - the stay was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was very lively surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, and anything you may need - plus it is in walking distance to many of the citys major attractions. Sebastien was an excellent host, communicating before we arrived to ensure a smooth check-in. When we arrived, he gave us a tour of the apartment and presented us with materials about the neighborhood and restaurants to try (which we used - FYI - Benoit is an amazing restaurant in the same building on street level - I highly recommend - reservations required), he even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. Sebastien was very communicative whenever I had questions about the apartment or the city during our stay, and was very prompt during check out. The apartment was exactly as advertised and we will be staying there again for our next vacation to Paris. If you plan to stay at this apartment, I have 2 items of note: 1) the window to the bedroom does not have a curtain, so it is very bright in the morning - I suggest either using an eye mask, or bringing something to hang over the window. 2) Because the neighborhood is very lively, it can be a bit noisy at night or in the morning - I recommend bringing ear plugs if you are light sleeper.Overall - this apartment is amazing and I recommend to any couple visiting Paris!
