Enjoy staying in the heart of the Marais with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue du Renard in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room while the toilet is located in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has building-controlled heating throughout the cooler months.

- Baby cot — €50 for the stay

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 4th arrondissement is the historic heart of the Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and beloved neighbourhoods. Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square — as well as the Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

This spot's got a killer location, right near the Eiffel Tower, with all the cool sights just a quick walk away. The flat itself is super cozy and snug, perfect for chilling after a day out exploring.
The vibe is totally like home, all thanks to the host who really came through with everything I needed. They made sure my stay was smooth and hooked me up with all the comforts. This place isn’t just a crash pad; it’s a sweet home base for hitting up all the hot spots in the heart of Paris.

Pros: light & bright with high ceilings; close to the Metro and within easy walking distance to nicer parts of the Le Marais neighborhood; bed & sleeper sofa are comfortable; enjoyed the shower, washer/dryer, smart TV and WiFi Cons: located on a very busy/noisy street with unhoused people; there is no air conditioning and the unit can be uncomfortably hot; around 0500 every morning we were woken by someone taking out the rolling trash directly below the unit; missing the most basic of supplies (e.g. salt & pepper, a few Nespresso pods, trash bags); the key pick-up is inconveniently far, especially with luggage, and the drop-off code did not work
