Built in 1970 and renovated in 2017, the holiday home is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a Hollywood swing.

A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is covered and leads over a terrace directly in the living room with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 12 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers, porch swing and parasol. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette 4 sqm, not heatable and with TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (210 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and dryer. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Ein kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht (keine Luxusausstattung, aber völlig ausreichend). Die Nähe zum Freistrand und dem Zentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants war optimal.
Wir haben hier Urlaub mit unserem Hund gemacht (der Eigentümer ist Hundeliebhaber ;)). Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

.... es ist innen antiquiert möbliert und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Elektrogeräte teilweise ganz neu, alles funktionsfähig.
Der Wäschetrockner war ein Wäscheständer, keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Vorhänge wurden schon länger nicht gewaschen, das Innere roch muffig. Längerer Aufenthalt in den Schlafzimmern ging nur mit offenen / gekippten Fenstern.
Viele Plastikblumen, und Dekoartikel, die als Staubfänger dienten.
38 Zoll Farbfernseher mit deutschen Sendern (Sat). Tiefkühlschrank. Großzügige, überdachte Terrasse. Im Aussenbereich 2 Hollywoodschaukeln, Garten gepflegt, Autoabstellplatz auf dem Grundstück.
