The Villa Emilia is located in the National Park Hohe Tauern National Park in the municipality of Kals am Großglockner.
The house is located in a central, quiet and sunny location in Großdorf and thus right next to the ski lifts, cross-country skiing and numerous hiking trails. The place is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, mountain biking, ski tours or just leisurely strolls. The ski resort Grossglockner Resort gondola and quad chairlift located just a short walk from the Villa Emilia.
The house is generously built and can accommodate 2 - 12 people. It was originally used as a private home and is now temporarily be a home for people who seek peace and relaxation. In the Villa Emilia you will find 4 bedrooms (1x double waterbed, 2x double beds, 1x bedroom with single bed and bunk beds and possibility of additional beds) 3 baths (1x with tub and toilet, 1x with shower and toilet), a kitchen, a large Living room (45 m2) with fireplace, sauna (extra charge), a winter garden with barbecue facilities, an extensive library and games and a garage. Before the house there are additional parking. The house also has a large terrace and is surrounded by a large fenced garden with games tower and slide for children.
