The house is clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed in a vacation. The terrace is large and comfortable, a good place to spend warm afternoons.
The owner of the house, Alexandra, is a warm and very kind person, always willing to help the guests and provide them with valuable information during their stay.
We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and had wonderful times at Minthi.
Access to the Cocus beach is by car in about 5 minutes drive. You can also walk, but you need a good physical condition on the way back because the road is on a slope.

House is wonderful, we fell in love with host and house. Had amazing time.
It's quiet, peaceful, clean, comfort, great value for money.
We will come for sure next year.

magnificent view, excellent living room, kitchen facility and terrace, available parking place for two cars. there are many vintage items which create atmosphere. close to one of the best beaches “Cocus”
second floor with the bedrooms and bathroom is a bit tight. air conditioning is in the staircase and doors must stay open for cold air to enter.

The house is very cozy and welll equipped. The view is great.
You need a car to get to the beach but the location worth it.
The host is very friendly and provides helpful information.
