super tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer, mit gemütlichen Couchmöbeln, große gepflegte und moderne Wohnung mit vielen Schränken, viele tolle Restaurants mit freundlichen Service (haben jeden Abend woanders gegessen) und Geschäfte in der Nähe (alles fussläufig erreichbar über Treppenwege als Abkürzung), großzügige Parkgarage, gute Lage für Ausflüge auf die gesamte Insel und gleichzeitig zentral aber ruhig zum Ortszentrum, direkte und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, nach der 1. Woche wurde uns sogar Zwischenreinigung angeboten (haben wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen), alles prima, würden wir wieder buchen

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless, modern and comfortable. The views are hard to beat and the location just right. On top of that, the host was very kind and flexible allowing for a very special vacation in Madeira. I will be recommending this stay to my friends and family.

Great Views. Nice comfortable terrace furniture. Nothing not to like. It’s our 5th year in these lovely apartments. Near to many great restaurants and bars. Just be aware, the hills are very steep.

Location good with plenty of close access to decent restaurants. The apartment is high spec throughout and well furnished. Having two toilets and a spare bedroom is a bonus. The balcony area is large and the view of the sea superb. The kitchen is great and has everything you need.

Unfortunately it was not possible to get a good night’s sleep in the apartment. The main reason for this is that there is loose metal panelling on the roof of the apartment which because of the wind banged constantly all night. It was very loud, went on for hours most nights and it really spoilt our holiday because we were exhausted due to lack of sleep all week. In addition to this the electric blind in the front bedroom was malfunctioning; it did not work at all and so that meant that the bedroom was very bright early in the morning. This also did not help with getting a good nights sleep. On the first day we notified the apartment’s manager that the electric blind was not working, but we were simply ignored.
