Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, er war exakt zum vereinbaren Zeitpunkt der Ankunft vor Ort. Sehr professionelle Abwicklung. Martim ist auch sehr hilfreich, was gute Tipps für Ausflüge und vor allem auch Wanderungen auf der Insel betrifft. Die Lage und Aussicht aus dem Apartment ist wunderbar! Auf den beiden Balkonen (ja, 2) überblickt man, dank 10. Stock, die gesamte Bucht dieses südlichen Vorortes von Funchal. Den Sunset kann man in der Tat bewundern, die Sonne geht (bei uns war das Ende April, Anfang Mai) über dem Cabo Girao unter, nachdem sie stundenlang über dem Atlantik funkelt. Küche, wer`s braucht, ist gut ausgestattet. Bad auch schön. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Es ist Funchal sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit einem Bus, gleich hinter der Anlage sehr gut zu erreichen. Lange Strandspaziergänge möglich vor dem Haus. Auch den Pool haben wir im April schon genießen können.

Häuser aus dem 70/80er Jahren, und das ist ja auch bei uns so, sorgen halt manchmal für Überraschungen. Aber die Kommunikation war hervorragend, und es konnte in Kürze immer alles behoben werden.

Przepiękny widok z balkonów, to on zadecydował o wynajęciu apartamentu. Duża przestrzeń. Blisko sklep dobrze wyposażony. Plusem jest parking bezpłatny.

Problemy z wodą są w dalszym ciągu (widziałam wcześniej w komentarzach) - niestety przez to nie polecam. pan właściciel zaproponował nam zmianę noclegu na ostanie dwa dni w innym apartamencie - co było mile z jego strony, jednak to nie zmienia faktu, że ciężko było się umyć lub nawet umyć garnki. To niedopuszczalne.

The apartment is a bit cold, I travelled in February so I really needed to get all extra blankets i found in the appartment

The pool was beautiful and the location next to the bus route into town and a good beach was excellent.

The apartment was very expensive at 2500 Euros for a week and the facilities did not meet this tariff. The apartment was comfortable but the sofabed my son slept on was dilapidated. It was not possible to control the shower heating as it swung hot and cold for no reason. There were 2 balconies but both were rather cramped for 4 people to sit around a table to eat.
