Buon appartamento, comodo e spazioso, ben attrezzato anche per lunghi soggiorni. La posizione è buona (tuttavia su una strada un po' trafficata), vicino agli stabilimenti balneari, al supermercato, ai ristoranti, ai noleggi auto e bici. Il centro di Funchal è a circa 40 minuti a piedi, altrimenti si può prendere un Bolt con 5€. Il parcheggio auto è stato utile. Risposte da parte dell'host sempre rapide e precise.
Gli esterni della palazzina non si presentano bene, inoltre ha un ristorante sia al piano terra che all'ultimo piano il che causa un persistente odore nel palazzo nonché una certa rumorosità. Manca il condizionatore, e nei giorni caldi potrebbe essere un problema (vengono forniti dei piccoli ventilatori portatili, ma rumorosi e poco efficaci). Il checkin alle 16 lo trovo un po' tardivo.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Beschreibungen vorab. Sehr einfache Abwicklung.
Liegt direkt zwischen zwei Restaurants (oben und unten). Besonders abends werden gerne die Tische und Stühle durch die Gegend geschoben. Das war extrem laut und sehr störend.
Die Tiefgarage ist ungeeignet für ungeübte Fahrer oder mittelgroße Autos. Parktickets einpreisen.

The place was nice and close to freeride madeira, would recommand for 2 people.
That they have only 2 beds, the couch was HORRIBLE.. its impossible to sleep on it, If somebody would ask me to recommand this one? I would say NO, if you're 3 or more people becuase you're going to have a restless night.
The garbage picking of glass at 23:00 was horrible. The smell of the restaurant under the apartmant was kind of annoying, if we had AC that would solve the issue, but since no AC we had to have open windows.
The apartmant has smell, it needs more cleaning.
