Savoy Monumentalis your home in Madeira Island

We stayed in apartment N on the first floor. It is beautifully appointed and very spacious with a huge balcony, 2 fabulous en-suite bedrooms, with a separate loo to boot. The kitchen area had everything we needed, including stocks of tea and coffee on arrival, large fridge and freezer capacity. Own underground parking space to fit two cars. The whole building is clearly built to a very high spec and is immaculately finished. Amply stocked Supermarket within 4 minutes walk, and we found a really nice cafe / bar just before that. Meet and greet and communication was excellent.

Friendly staff who arrived when she agreed to

I became frustrated at the lack of response I received from the owner. I did not receive any correspondence from them until the day before even though I emailed and rang over the preceding week. I only managed to get contact via booking .com customer service. It made me nervous about the reservation and plan.
