Amazing Apartment Pallini - Near Airport & Metro

I gave a 10 as for people wanting something affordable a few stops on the metro line for Athens Airport it is very good indeed. Totally equipped for long stays yet also fab for 1 or 2 nights before travel like us (a couple). George the host is lovely and totally sorted… communication, details and the apartment are very well thought through for guests. We arrived at Pallini station from Piraeus and with Georges instructions, photos and google map on phone we found the place very easily. We then easily found a lovely local square and park within minutes from the apartment… down the street and right from the local movie theatre (fab to have so close). There we had a nice dinner and there was a groovy bar within metres and it was lovely watching the local kids and families in the park at night which has an interesting historic building worth researching. Also found great cake shop late on the main road run by a nice Cypriot man. The apartment is super clean, bed was very comfy (with non fabric bedhead and no token rarely washed decor pillows on top of the sleep pillows like most other places) and there were not loads of decor items cluttering up the place… it was more about what a guest might need. Shower was great too with no clingy shower curtain and wet floor. Loved that there was no fake fragrance spray or sticks … it just smelt clean. We had to get up at 5 and quickly got back to the station for a massively looooong haul trip feeling very happy about our restful and uncomplicated stay.

We like everything as it suited our travel needs very well.

Amazing location for metro near airport Super clean, so many facilities, would be a very comfortable longer term stay Super easy to arrive and leave Helpful host

Out of the way if you want to explore the neighbourhood Need to metro for dinners or travel

Is a great stufio, very clean and comfortable, renovated. The owner was very nice sent detailed instructions and was available for any questions. We stayed only 1 night but I could stay longer. It was very easy to get the taxi to the airport. I can recommend that place.
