Its a beautiful and well maintained house, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Maria's father really made us feel welcome and helped us figure out a couple points of confusion.
Plus, the AC was a life-saver in near 40 degree weather!
There isn't many shops or restaurants within walking distance. But, that was easily addressed with online delivery!

The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished with everything one could ask for, including food bags and cling film! It was spacious, aery and full of light at a nice, quiet location. All appliances and utensils were excellent and very clean. Mr. Yannis was a wonderful, kind and very helpful host and I look forward to meeting him again in the future!
Literally the only very minor issue was the toilet seat that needs to be repaired.

Brilliant cozy apartment, nice and classy decoration, no cheap furniture, luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi etc. Host was very friendly, discrete and helpful. Will definitely check if it's free next time I want to go to Athens.
I felt like there were not many options in walking distance, as it is mainly a residential area of a suburb. This made the area really calm however, quiet at night and felt safe.
