The canal view. The proximity to Eurostar and local transport. Plenty of good coffee and an excellent French bakery nearby. Easy to stroll the canal ring from here. Interesting area, from shabby to chic.
Local restaurants uneven: we had excellent and very poor food. The 'suite' is small, but quiet and well-equipped. It's in need of a little TLC, but clean. Getting up the stairs to the 3rd floor would be a challenge to some older visitors (we're 69 and 71), it might be an idea to explain this in your blurb. And where is the fire escape?

Loved the communication with the owner, always attentive about all matters relating to our stay. Great views and a really easy walk from Centraal station. Facilities were fantastic.

Location and view
Taking luggage up 3 very steep flights of stairs. This wasn’t communicated well. WIFI was not working. No milk supplied for tea/coffee No breakfast supplied even though it said it was included on the listing.
