About this house rental
Charming small gite restored, ideal for 2 adults, in the heart of the castles of the Loire in 15 mn of Chenonceau and Amboise (37), close to the zoo park of BEAUVAL in Region Center Val de Loire.
At the RC, fully equipped new kitchen includes oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer including raclette and fondue and all the cooking utensils.
Upstairs, a large room with bed 140 and private toilet, a living room on the landing with sofa bed 140 extra bed for child (ren)
and bathroom (shower, sink, towel rail and toilet).

Peaceful place with forest view. Very well located for many activities in the area without forgetting the Futuroscope of Poitiers (86) at one hour (A85).
This ideal peaceful location is a base for visiting the most beautiful Castles of Touraine, 15 minutes from Chaumont sur Loire (International Garden Festival), 25 minutes from Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Loches, etc .. and Montrichard to Cher River with its beach park and swimming pool (8 Kms).
In the park, you will find a pond for fishing and a petanque court for amateurs.
Deckchairs await you for relaxation in nature in a very quiet place.
Terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Closed courtyard with motorized gate and intercom.
Possibility of parking in front of the house.
The obligatory cleaning service: 60 €.
