duplex apartment, ideal 2 couples with children, living room overlooking 2 sun balconies and magnificent views of the Mont Blanc; fully equipped kitchen; a large bedroom downstairs (160 bed) and 2 closed bedrooms on the mezzanine floor, one with a double bed 160 and another with 2 bunk beds of 90; 2 bathrooms with shower. Located in the heart of the village of St Gervais, immediate access to all the shops; free shuttle to the foot of the building to access the lifts in 5-10 min. ski locker and private parking (closed box).

What an amazing apartment, a great space which is much larger than the photos make it look. Stunning views of the mountains. Bus stop to the Gondola right outside. Great location and quiet at night.

Great apartment. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds, good showers. Good variety of kitchen utensils and equipment. Location is spot on: Navette stop just outside, shops and bars immediate. Great views from both of the balconies. Garage facility a real bonus. For info, you need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and towels unless you want to hire them from the owner.

The location of this property is spectacular! Located (quite literally) in the true heart of Saint Gervais, it is close to EVERYTHING: groceries, village shopping and restaurants, the ski bus to the gondola (also walkable if you aren't carrying too much gear)- everything. And the top floor views are stunning...two different views of the different mountains and each with a lovely view of the town hall or church spire making sitting by the window or out on one of the two terraces a real treat. The flat is equipped with all that you will need...we have been coing to St. Gervais for 10 years and this is one of the most favorite properties we have stayed at.

This apartment was perfect for a family. It was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms.The location was opposite the tourist office and amongst village shops. It would help if you spoke French but you can get by on English.

Il faudrait une meilleure communication entre vous et Murielle car 2 jours avant notre arrivée, elle m'à assailli de mails et de textos pour me demander le jour et l'heure de notre arrivée , quand nous partions de chez nous et quand nous quittions la location. Il faudrait que Muriel passe l'aspirateur sous les lits et derrière les meubles car nous avons trouvé un slip d'homme derrière le canapé. Voici les 2 inconvénients. Sinon c'était super.

appartement très agréable en plein centre de Saint Gervais , pas besoin de voiture ! je recommande vivement cette location , c'est une des meilleures que j'ai faite sur Saint Gervais ces dernières années !!!! Si je devais faire un reproche , c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'horloge dans l'appartement et ca manque un peu , mais c'est vraiment insignifiant !!!!

L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di una bella palazzina proprio nel centro del paese con la fermata della navetta per gli impianti direttamente sotto casa! È super attrezzato con tutti i confort e in 8 persone ci si sta comodamente.. l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari è ottima e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Dans un immeuble récent et très bien entretenu, l'appartement correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes tant par son aménagement intérieur que du point de vue de son équipement très complet. Les + : parking privé - balcons avec vues magnifiques - équipement de qualité - le duplex qui permet de séparer enfants et parents (2 sdb!) Les - : les nuisances sonores occasionnées par les livraisons matinales du magasin situé au RdC (mais bonne isolation acoustique des menuiseries si on ne dort pas la fenêtre ouverte).

Appartement très propre, bien équipé, vaste et bien situé. Les 2 salles de bain sont appréciables. Situé à 2 pas de tous les commerces. Par contre, pour le ski, il faut attendre la navette (jusqu'à 20 min.) et attendre encore au pied des télécabines qui vous emmènent au Bettex puis reprendre encore une télécabine... donc pas du tout au pied des pistes ! D'autre part, pour la liaison vers Megève, selon les heures, il faut encore attendre... Bien que l'appartement nous ait beaucoup plu, nous ne reviendrons pas faire du ski ici.

L'appartement est conforme à la description, bien agencé et adapté pour huit personnes. Très bonne situation, au centre ville, navette fréquente vers le départ des pistes qui permet de laisser la voiture au garage pour la semaine.
