Charming chalet completely renovated by us, comfortable and functional with an area of 90m2 duplex. South west facing chalet overlooking the Mont Blanc massif.
The + Located in a quiet area, close to all services in summer and winter: departure from the ski lifts, track back to the village at 500 m. Shops, village center of St Gervais, multi-sports complex: summer / winter pool, tennis, ice rink within 10 minutes on foot.
