BRIGHT APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF SAINT-GERVAIS MONT-BLANC – SLEEPS UP TO 9 GUESTS
Available for weekly rental, this warm and very bright apartment is located in the centre of Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc, a renowned spa resort in Haute-Savoie.
With its south and south-west-facing aspect, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural light and sunshine, as well as lovely views over the village and surrounding mountains.
TWO RENTAL OPTIONS
- Full apartment, accommodating up to 9 guests, including adults and children.
- 4-guest option, with access to two bedrooms and the adjoining bathroom at an adjusted rate. The other two bedrooms remain locked, while all living areas, facilities and outdoor spaces remain available for your use.
The apartment is located in a very small residential building and includes one parking space in a secure enclosed garage, as well as a ski locker. Free covered public parking is also available approximately 200 metres away.
LAYOUT
The apartment includes:
- Two bedrooms with 140 cm-wide double beds, served by one bathroom.
- Two additional bedrooms served by a second bathroom: one with a 140 cm-wide double bed and the other with bunk beds and a sofa bed.
- A separate toilet with a washbasin.
- An entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area of approximately 33 m².
- A small terrace with a private garden next to the kitchen.
- A second south-west-facing terrace next to the living room.
Both terraces provide direct access to the outdoors.
FACILITIES
The kitchen and apartment are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible: dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, travel cot, raclette grill, hot-stone grill, fondue set, waffle maker, toaster, crêpe maker and many other amenities.
AN IDEAL LOCATION THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
Shops are located just outside the residence. A free shuttle bus stops at the foot of the chalet and provides quick access to the gondola lift and the Saint-Gervais ski area, with nearly 425 km of slopes.
The famous Saint-Gervais thermal baths, located in Le Fayet, can be reached within a few minutes from the town centre using the Thermes lift.
Nearby attractions and activities also include:
- An ice rink and swimming pool approximately 700 metres away, accessible by free shuttle bus.
- A pump track, mini-golf course and tennis courts.
- Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails, accessible by gondola lift from June to early September.
- Parks and playgrounds for children.
- The leisure park in Les Contamines-Montjoie, approximately 11 km away.
- The Lac de Passy leisure area.
- Megève approximately 15 minutes away and Chamonix approximately 20 minutes away by car.
From Le Fayet railway station, the new cable-car connection now provides easy access to the centre of Saint-Gervais and then to the ski slopes.

Beautiful apartment in an absolutely faultless location, right in the heart of town and on the same roundabout as the free shuttle bus to the ski-lift. You’re already in the town, so everything’s within easy walking distance, bars, restaurants, mini-markets and patisseries. 10/10

L’appartement a de nombreux points positifs: proximité des télécabines et des commerces, agencement des chambres et pièce à vivre, place de parking, casier à skis, jeux de société, l’autonomie de l’arrivée et du départ (boîte à clé). La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse extrême et disponible.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet, liegt fußläufig zu Geschäften und Restaurants, der Skibus hält vor der Tür. Einzige Kritikpunkte: kein W-LAN und nur 1 WC, was für 7 oder sogar 8 Leute lästig ist. Ansonsten problemlose Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe, alles sauber.
