About this apartment rental
Your cosy, spacious vacation rental in the mountains, in the heart of beautiful Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc.
Large 5-room duplex apartment on the fourth floor of the residence Le Genève, located in the town center:
- Close to all shops and restaurants (150m from place du Mont-Blanc)
- 300 m from the cable cars leading to the ski pistes. Shuttle stop at the bottom of the residence.
- 250 m from the new elevator leading to the Spa center.
- 300 m from the Saint-Gervais stop of the Mont-Blanc tramway.
- Close to hiking trails
A truly large apartment with all essential amenities:
- 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, one family bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed), all closed and accessible independently
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (bar with stools, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 2 raclette ovens, 1 fondue set, iron and ironing board).
- Bathroom with toilet and drying area for ski clothing and boots.
- Shower room with WC.
- Living room with large Alpine sofa, armchairs, TV, free WiFi and DVD.
- Reading corner with library, card and board games.
- Numerous brushed Savoyard-style wood paneling, exposed period beams, rustic Alpine-style furniture (Swiss and Savoyard origin)
- Two internal staircases for access to the upstairs bedrooms
- 3 west-facing balconies with French windows.
- Private cellar for ski or bike storage.
- 2 private parking spaces.
- Sheets and towels provided on request (for an additional fee).
Breathtaking views of the Aravis massif, Mont Joly and the Fiz mountain range.
Ideal for families (grandparents, parents, children) and groups of friends (e.g. two couples with children; 2, 3 or 4 adult couples).
Also ideal for spa visitors, with easy access to the spa center via the elevator, while enjoying the shops, cafés, restaurants and entertainment offered by the friendly town of Saint-Gervais.
Easy access for people with reduced mobility (elevator and no stairs to climb).
Non-smoking apartment (smoking permitted on the balconies).
Pets allowed.
OPTION: You can book bed linen and towels (1 set of sheets, one bath towel, and one hand towel) for €20 per person.
