This apartment is part of a picturesque property in downtown Kennebunkport, one that sits less than a quarter-mile south of Dock Square's riverfront restaurants, pubs, and shops. Swimmers, sunbathers, and beachcombers can take their pick of Gooch's Beach and Colony Beach - both of which are only a mile south. You can pick up lobster rolls at the legendary Clam Shack a quarter-mile north and ride bikes to Mother's Beach (two miles southwest) or Goose Rocks Beach (six miles northeast) for the afternoon.

This is a great apartment in every way: charming, comfy, quiet, immaculate, an amazing amount of amenities of all types! Appliances are excellent--a Keurig that does both single pods & carafe drip; brilliant! Fridge is awesome, & stocked with necessities & then some. A very pleasant deck is off the living room; great for 'sundowners' or whatever. Appliances & wifi all work well, & easily. (Note: stairs to 2nd floor are not steep & have good railings.) Location is excellent for being able to walk to many shops & restaurants nearby, & yet, is quiet & peaceful despite its nearness to Dock Square's hustle & bustle! Hosts are very welcoming & gracious, & helpful as needed. We certainly hope to stay there again, & strongly recommend the apartment to others.

This was our first time in Kennebunkport and the house is perfectly located. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with the owners on the 1st. Joann and Mario are lovely people who are very helpful. We’ve stayed at many VRBO rentals and this one was the best appointed rental by far. No need to bring salt and pepper to this one.The town is beautiful but crowded. Bring your bikes and ride to the beaches and explore. If you want to go on some tours like sailing or lobster boats reserve them at the earliest.Thank you Joann and Mario for your hospitality.
