Under 10 minute walk to Dock Square and 2 minute walk to Kennebunk River, this 1850 home has been beautifully restored and decorated.
Luxury linens, Casper pillows, SandCloud bath towels, Malin + Goetz toiletries, well-appointed kitchen with Cuisinart cookware, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and SandCloud beach towels are included in your stay. Two bikes and two kayaks are available upon request at no additional cost. A pack n play and high chair is also provided.
Walk to Colony Beach or bike to Kennebunk Beach. 2 minute walk to Perkins Park on the Kennebunk River with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and steps down to the water for launching kayaks. Dock Square is a vacationer’s dream, full of restaurants, galleries and quaint shops. Stroll along Ocean Avenue after dinner on the water or settle at home for the evening with fresh seafood on the grill located on the cozy porch.

Our host Katie was so accommodating and gracious. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas but would be cozy any time of the year. The proximity to downtown was perfect.

Our stay at the Mary Jane house was wonderful. The location was convenient to town. The house was comfortable,cozy and well equipped. Such a love touch to have a decorated Christmas tree. Our host Katie was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
