North Street Nook! This freshly renovated home is located less than a half mile to town, giving you the perfect balance of privacy and being in the heart of Dock Square!
This truly stunning home has a fenced in back yard for pets and children, and of course corn hole is provided! The back patio offers a great outdoor space with a gas grill. For those beach days, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided!
Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, living room, den, dining room, sunroom, and screened in porch on the first floor! Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. June through September there are window units around the home to provide AC for those breaks from the sun!
Maine isn't only known for our summers! This home is the perfect location for Maine's beauty all year-round being just a 10 minute walk to all Christmas Prelude activities!
Sleeping accommodations:
Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom #2: 2 Twin beds
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
Pet fee is $150/dog, 2 dog maximum.
Max parking of 4 cars. There is a public parking lot across the street for free day parking!

Cute home. Lots of space. It’s a little run down on the outside, but well kept up on the inside. Nice location close to dock square.

Fantastic location, clean and overall comfortable. This house is a very quick walk to Dock Square, very clean, slightly smaller than the pictures portray (but still plenty of space), very comfortable (except for the queen bed) and private. The only drawbacks are the traffic noise in the front bedroom and having only one small shower. We would stay here again.
