This quaint, newly redecorated and furnished adorable Maine cottage in the heart of Dock Square, Kennebunkport village is just steps from great shopping, cafes, gift shops, antiquing, fantastic dining, whale watching & sailing excursions. Perched literally over the Kennebunk River on wooden piers! You can't get any closer to the water. Take advantage of a great opportunity to stay in Dock Square in a truly unique waterfront home.
Have morning coffee or evening cocktails and watch the boats navigate the Kennebunk River. Take an evening stroll into town and enjoy dinner at , cocktails on the river at The Boathouse or a lobster roll at the famous Clam Shack then head to Ben and Jerry's for dessert. Everything is right at our doorstep!
The Colony Beach is just about one mile down the road and picturesque Cape Porpoise village is two miles up route 9!
Other beaches including Goose Rocks, Kennebunk, Gooch's and Mother's Beach are all within 15-30 minutes drive.

Could not have asked for a more beautiful location or gracious host. The home had everything we needed, is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We hope to stay again in the future.

We are repeat customers and visit Kennebunkport each year. This is a lovely location and close to the downtown. The house is very well kept up. Communications with Brian, the house manager is excellent.
