Villa set in good position for nearby attractions and facilities. Fabulous pool, we paid extra for it to be heated. Fairly well equipped but you need to take towels. Comfortable inside, also has air conditioning. Gets the sun all day. Private parking behind gates. Restaurant within easy walking distance. Looks like it does in the photos but better!

We were very happy with this villa. The owner Annie Couston is really nice and very helpful. Whilst her English is better than my French she prefers to communicate beforehand by text / email however when we arrived she had a good English / French translation app. to hand. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a nice restaurant close to the villa which has a good menu and very helpful staff. Supermarkets are in nearby Vaison La Romain. Just a couple of minor points - the pool is deeper than it looks and as it hasn't got an access ladder isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Towels aren't provided and there is a 50 euro cleaning charge at the end of your stay. Whilst the weather could have been kinder we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed a week at the house and really enjoyed it. The house provides excellent accommodation for two persons (and a dog). Both indoor and outdoor areas are very nice and well kept, and we felt absolutely private and undisturbed around the pool area. We only wondered about the size of the bed – are French people really that small and/or intimate :-)? The surrounding villages offer very nice shopping facilities and in addition the house is in walking distance of a nice bakery where you can collect your bread and enjoy a morning coffee. You will find many recommendable restaurants nearby or in the village of Vaison-La-Romaine and the area is abundant with top wine producers ( Seguret, Gigondas , Sablet , Vacqueryas and more ) As opposed to other places we have visited in France, people were very friendly and service minded and prices are reasonable. All in all a highly recommendable place to stay for a mature couple who wants to experience the best of Provence.

Charmante maison bien entretenue. Conforme à l’annonce. Toutefois la piscine a tourné au vert le mardi. Avec du recul, l’eau était déjà trouble à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons pu nous baigner que 3x malgré que l’on nous a dit que l’on risquait rien. L’eau verte et trouble ne nous donnait vraiment pas envie. De plus, derrière le mur de la piscine il y a le chemin d’accès et il y avait des travaux (prévus mais dont on ne nous a pas prévenu)avec des traxx qui passaient sans cesse en soulevant de la poussière et les ouvriers qui regardaient chaque fois à l’intérieur de la propriété. Un peu gênant quand on bronze. Si la cuisine est bien équipée en vaisselle et appareils , il n’y a absolument rien de plus. Pas 1 tablette de lave-vaisselle, pas un fond de produit vaisselle, pas un grain de sel, poivre ou huile pour dépanner le premier jour. Seulement 2 rlx papier wc, 1 sac poubelle, 1 éponge, 2 torchons, 1 petit linge à main au WC et à la salle de bain. Les canapés sont une catastrophe. Un clic clac super dur pour s’asseoir dessus et l’autre en mousse, c’est impossible de s’asseoir et de tenir dessus. Je pense qu’en version lit, ça ne peut être que pour des enfants. Nous avons payé cash le ménage à notre arrivée et avons tout de même été déçus que la propriétaire ne nous propose pas une maigre compensation pour la piscine et les travaux ou même un mot d’excuse pour les désagréments. Même si le pisciniste est intervenu 5 minutes mais 21h après le téléphone de la propriétaire, l’eau n’est revenue claire que le vendredi soir avant notre départ. Notre but de calme, intimité et baignade n’a donc pas été atteint.

Nous avons passé 15j dans cette maison très cosy et d'une propreté remarquable. La villa est en tout point conforme à la description. C'est un petit havre de paix sans aucun vis à vis au bord d'un chemin quasiment sans passage. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. La piscine est très agréable et nous avons pu apprécier la climatisation qui nous a permis de résister à la canicule. La boulangerie et la boutique chocolat-nougat à 200 m de la maison est un plus appréciable. La villa est très bien situé au cœur d'une région riche en découvertes. Nous reviendrons surement nous ressourcer dans cette villa.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec notre bébé de 6mois. La maison est très bien équipée avec la climatisation, des moustiquaires aux fenêtres, piscine chauffée... la terrasse est très bien agencée et permet de profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée! La propriétaire nous a très bien accueillie, et encore merci pour les cerises!

Un très bon accueil, propreté, équipement, situation (à 5 mn de Vaison la Romaine et proche du Mont Ventoux). Nous avons également pu profiter d'une agréable piscine chauffée avec nos deux petites filles. Nous recommandons cette maison, et y reviendrons avec plaisir (cette fois avec nos trois petits enfants !!!) Mr et Mme Ballochard (Oise)

merveilleux!! gîte avec piscine chauffée ,jardin fleuri entièrement clôturé et bien entretenu ,très propre , super équipé intérieurement et extérieurement , belles terrasses ,bonne literie...rien ne manque endroit calme tout en étant à côté de Vaison la Romaine. Boulangerie à 500m ,grande surface à 5 minutes en voiture très bon accueil!! adresse à retenir!

Een mooi en net huis. Vriendelijk eigenaar die in alles behulpzaam is Een bakker dichtbij en Vaison la Romaine aan te lopen. 1 week hier geweest. Vlgs. mevr Couston was het koud maar wij vonden het heerlijk. Wij komen hier zeker terug

Superbes vacances, une semaine bien trop courte ! Tout était parfait : accueil chaleureux, villa très agréable, propreté irréprochable, endroit calme, environnement magnifique ! Une très belle, petite villa luxueuse dans un endroit calme. La location est bien entretenue et très propre. La piscine n' a pas des dimensions olympiques mais est assez grande pour se refraîchir. Idéal pour passer une vacance relaxe à deux. Un peu plus de végétation pour avoir plus de privacy et c'est parfait ! Eddy et Angelina
