Wonderful house

Great house in a lovely village. Everything was literally 5 minutes walk yet the house was in a very quiet area. The house itself is lovely, well furnished and stocked with everything needed. Sylvie was lovely and despite our lack of French...was very helpful. Would highly recommend this house and the village of Malaucène.

This house is well located within walking distance from the village but still quiet. Perfect with kids and dogs as next to park/playground. Pool, garden and house in great condition, house super well equipped and beautifully done up. Nice and friendly hosts. We enjoyed it very much and hope to be back.

We stayed at the house for 8 days with 6 friends. A perfect location to cycle the ventoux area or explore the provence. The house is well equiped and very clean. The owner welcomed us with wine for us for the first night and basic things like olive oil, coffee, dishwash salt etc. were there. Great beds with clean linnen. A nice bathroom. A big dinner table inside and outside. A lounge corner outside and sun chairs. A private drive to park our car and bycicles. What more could we wish for. It would also have been comfortable with 8 or 9 adults (our original plan). The village centre is a short walk away and has a good supermarket and multiple bakeries and bars and restaurants. So we could buy fresh croissants and bread every morning and go out for a beer after returning from cycling. Thankyou Sylvie for a wonderful stay in Malaucene!

A wonderful holiday! Nothing to complain about, the house is in fine shape, well appointed and well-tended. Malaucène is a wonderful little town with its bakeries, shops and restaurants. A trip to Orange, Avignon or Vaison-la-Romain on market days is as much fun as it is known for the culinary pleasures. We are planning another trip to this house next year and it is highly recommendable for everyone. Kind regards from Germany, Nora & Tobias

Very nice property, great location, lovely Owners

We thoroughly enjoyed our 16 day stay at this property. The Owners were very nice and helpful. The house was perfect. A very nice pool and pool deck area with outdoor eating and a place to rest in the shade. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the Mt. Ventoux cycling area and it was only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Malaucene. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this house to friends.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa très bien équipée, d'une grande propreté avec une literie confortable. La localisation est idéale avec beaucoup d'activités aux alentours (randonnées surtout, visites diverses, route des vins, parc spirou...). La terrasse avec sa piscine sont agréables même si nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner au vu de la saison. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques. Location à recommander !

Alles, von der An- bis zur Abreise war perfekt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass alle Möbel sehr guter Qualität sind und die wunderschöne Terrasse, die wir auch Ende September jeden Abend nutzen konnten. Im Ort Malaucène gibt es alles, was man braucht und alles in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen: mehrere Bäckereien, Metzgerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Wir würden für dieses Haus die volle Punktzahl geben, müssen aber wegen der engen Einfahrt einen Punkt abziehen. Auf dem Grundstück kann nur mit einem kleinen PKW geparkt werden, wir mussten unser (grosses) Auto vor dem Haus, wo sich Gott sei Dank eine Parkmöglichkeit befand, parken. Aber sonst alles Top und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Au calme et tout confort

Maison extrêmement bien conçue autour de la piscine et d'une grande terrasse. De plain pied avec 4 chambres confortables et très bonne literie. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte. La climatisation totale est un vrai plus par ces temps de canicule. La localisation est très calme (rue réservée aux riverains) pas de passage, mais à 5mn à pied du centre du village et des commerces. 15 minutes en voiture de Vaison la rolaine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und durch das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück super für Hundebesitzer geeignet. Auch toll ist, das der Pool vorne flacher ist als hinten. So konnten die Kinder u.a. Ball spielen und mussten nicht die ganze Zeit schwimmen. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind alle in ein paar Fußminuten zu erreichen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Pour la seconde année consécutive, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette maison si agréable. Le confort est parfait. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la localisation de la maison dans Malaucene est des plus pratique. Tout peut se faire à pied. L accueil que nous réserve Sylvie est toujours très agréable. Nous y retournerons ....C est sûr !

Sehr schönes, großzügiges, außerordentlich gepflegtes Ferienhaus auf tollem Grundstück. Es entspricht vollkommen den Angaben im Inserat und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Pärchen für zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir ausgiebig in das Haus eingeführt, auch danach waren die Vermieter sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr gut, der Pool schön und speziell nachts schön beleuchtet. Einziges Manko am Haus ist die etwas schmale Einfahrt zum Parkplatz, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Das Ortszentrum von Malaucene ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Lage ist ideal um den gesamten Bereich rund um den Mont Ventoux zu erkunden, nach Carpentras und zu den Lavendelfeldern ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Alles in allem gelungene zwei Wochen Urlaub.

Ideaal t.o.v. Mont Ventoux gelegen huisje met alles er op en eraan wat je maar wensen kunt. Huisje ziet er zeer verzorgd uit en was ruim genoeg voor ons gezelschap van 8. Het zwembad was ideaal na een dag fietsen in de omgeving. Het huisje ligt heel dicht bij het dorpje wat ideaal is voor het doen van boodschappen, koffie op een terrasje en uit eten gaan. Gemakkelijke verhuurders. Absolute aanrader

Het is een heerlijk ruim huis, leuk ingericht . Mooie tuin, geheel ommuurd, zeer aangenaam als je een hond hebt meegenomen. Ook het om de hoek gelegen parkje is ideaal voor de hondenbezitter. Het gezellige dorp Malaucene ligt op loopafstand.

Alles sehr gut. Einziger Mangel am Pool fehlte eine Abdeckung, der ein Abkühlen über Nacht verhinderte. So war er mit 14 Grad nicht zu benutzen. Was sehr schlecht war, war die Abrechnung mit Fewo-direkt. Laut Vertrag sollten die Zahlungen per Mastercard erfolgen. die erste Zahlung wurde auch abgebucht, die zweite nicht. Der Vermieter hatte kein Geld erhalten und wollte die zweite Rate in bar. Da wir schon eine Woche unterwegs waren, musste ich mit meiner Bank erst Rücksprache halten, ob Geld abgebucht war. Das war nicht der Fall. Also musste mein Wochenlimmet heraufgesetzt werden, damit ich überhaupt soviel Geld abheben konnte. Wir haben dann bar gegen Quitung gezahlt. Das war das erste Mal bei ihnen !!!! und etwas ungewöhnlich.

praktische en met smaak ingerichte villa met alles erop en eraan. Op wandelafstand van het dorpje Malaucène. Wij hebben genoten van een weekje zon (en jammer genoeg ook een dag regen) met de hele familie (en hond!).

Die Vermieter hatten alles top vorbereitet, so dass unser Urlaub von der 1. Minute ein Genuss war. In diesem Haus muss man sich wohlfühlen. Hervorvorragende Betten, tolle Wäsche, ausreichend Geschirr und alle Geräte in einwandfreiem Zustand. Pool, Terrassen und Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Ort Malaucene und die Umgebung ist genau das Richtige für Provence Liebhaber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
