50 meters from La Fénière, in the garden (2000 m²), shared with the other vacation rentals, are the swimming pool (6X12 m from June to September), ping-pong table, hammock, turnstile for children, boules ...
Fitted out in an old stone barn, La Fénière (74m²), a village house, is composed of 4 large rooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen: gas and electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster...
The living room opening onto a small terrace, with a sofa bed (120), satellite TV, Video library, DVD/Divx player.
